Three practical tips to stand out
Lead your resume with the education requirement and a line about your readiness to work under RN supervision and to participate in DCI’s training program, since a high school diploma or GED and the ability to communicate well are must‑haves you’ll want to prove upfront.
When you describe your experience, include concrete examples that show your ability to work with teams and solve problems. If you’ve collaborated with clinicians, supported patients through a process, or helped manage priorities on a busy unit, mention those specifics so the hiring team can see how you’d fit with the PCT role.
Be prepared to discuss the training path and what you’d want to learn in the three‑month program, including classroom and hands‑on skills. Have a question ready about how the clinic structures the preceptor relationship and how success is measured in the early months.
Consider asking about the daily pace in North Little Rock and how the clinic balances patient load with the needs of the education program, so you can show you’re thinking about how you’d integrate training with patient care.
