WM New Zealand is seeking a Diesel Mechanic for the East Tamaki workshop on the afternoon shift (2pm to 11:30pm). This Auckland role offers 40–43/hour, 45 hours per week, on-call allowance, and a modern workshop. You’ll service and maintain fleet trucks and equipment, complete job sheets, and manage work via CMMS while upholding safety. The ideal candidate holds a Level 4 Heavy Diesel NZQA certificate or recognized equivalent, with 1+ year in preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs, and preferably hydraulic/electrical fault diagnosis; CMMS experience and a Class 4 license are advantages.
