The Opportunity
The Digital GTM Manager is responsible for translating global business strategy into actionable, sales-driving plans for the EMEA region, that maximise Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for Adobe’s Digital Media products used by creative professionals worldwide.
Sitting within the EMEA GTM Digital team, this role is for a customer-focused, data-informed professional who challenges the status quo to drive transformation. You will take smart risks, seek innovation, and implement strategies at scale to improve customer experiences, accelerate new customer acquisition, and increase retention.
Partnering closely with marketing, Adobe.com, product, and global teams, you will lead cross-functional initiatives and define, document, and implement the strategic priorities within EMEA. Through advanced analytical and critical thinking, you will generate business-critical insights that develop EMEA roadmaps, influence global strategy, and turn insight into impact through strong collaboration.
Analyze and forecast key business metrics across countries, products and purchasing journeys to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
Build business cases and recommendations to drive net new ARR through acquisition, free-to-paid acquisitions, upgrades and retention.
In the detail of all our customer experiences, finding opportunities for engagement and sales improvements, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver against long-term customer growth goals.
Partner with Marketing to define and operate campaign frameworks that deliver best in class customer acquisition.
Apply deep understanding of EMEA market nuances to optimize performance, setting out and reaching country specific goals.
Hold other teams cross-functional teams accountable for delivering against targets required to achieve regional Net New ARR goals.
Establish and continue to develop expertise in the creative professional audience. Provide insights back to Product teams that result in improved product capabilities and experiences.
Monitor and understand the competitor landscape and its impact on our digital strategy and performance.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with worldwide peers and collaborators to evaluate efficiency of programs and the impact of operational strategies.
Develop pricing, promotional, and introductory offer recommendations grounded in data and commercial impact.
Proven experience owning a commercial or sales target and driving cross-functional delivery
Strong analytical capability, with experience working with large datasets and translating insights into clear recommendations
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior team members
Experience operating effectively in a complex, matrixed, international organisation
Extensive eCommerce and digital GTM experience within a consumer context
Strong understanding of acquisition, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and retention levers
High commercial competence and a customer-first attitude
Experience with Adobe products or a strong willingness to learn
