Job Description

In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for how digital health systems are used across Healthcare Australia and its partners. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, technology, and government stakeholders to drive adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement of digital health solutions.

You will play a key role in understanding user needs, improving workflows, and supporting sustainable change to ensure digital systems are effectively embedded into everyday practice.

You will contribute to process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making to maximise the value of digital health solutions and enhance workforce experience.

You are an experienced digital health, clinical informatics, business analysis, or healthcare professional with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and how technology can improve outcomes. You hold current AHPRA registration and have experience working with clinical and operational stakeholders.

You bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to identify improvements, influence change, and translate insights into practical solutions. Experience with digital health systems, process improvement, or change management will be highly regarded.
