We’re looking for a technically strong Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid media and digital performance across the McNab Group. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who genuinely enjoys being in-platform, optimising campaigns and driving measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work across multiple business units including McNab Property, construction, McNab Building Services, Supplyhaus, Electrohire and BridgeFab. A key focus will be strengthening and evolving our paid digital media capability - ensuring campaigns are actively monitored, optimised and aligned to commercial outcomes.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and optimising paid digital campaigns across relevant social platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin;
  • Monitoring live performance and making ongoing optimisation decisions (budget allocation, audience refinement, creative testing, bidding strategy adjustments);
  • Driving lead generation performance and cost efficiency across Property projects including Elements, Lucia, Tannery and any upcoming projects;
  • Overseeing and optimising sales portal listings for Property projects across REA and Domain to maximise project exposure and enquiry;
  • Developing and executing integrated lead generation and brand awareness strategies and campaigns across other business units within the McNab Group including Supplyhaus, MBS and Electrohire;
  • Developing, implementing and managing Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions;
  • Providing clear and insightful performance reporting, with confident optimisation recommendations to marketing and senior stakeholders;
  • Effortlessly building close working relationships with internal stakeholders and any external digital partners where required, ensuring strong oversight and accountability;
  • Staying current with the general market intel, including platform updates, targeting capabilities and performance best practice;
  • Building practical reporting rhythms and processes that improve visibility and decision-making;
  • Managing integration with our CRM (HubSpot) to enable end-to-end tracking, attribution and performance reporting; and
  • Assisting with content creation to ensure campaign creative is continually optimised for performance.

Opportunity to contribute to organic content and broader digital initiatives is available - however the core focus of this role is paid media ownership and performance.

About You:

Required:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing digital Ad campaigns;
  • Ability to work directly in-platform – you know how to optimise, not just talk about it;
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate it into optimisation decisions;
  • Bring a commercial mindset - you understand performance beyond vanity metrics;
  • Confident communicator who can present results clearly; and
  • Team player who collaborates well across marketing and senior leaders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in construction or property;
  • Exposure to B2B and B2C campaign environments; and
  • Experience transitioning paid from agency to in-house.
