What you’ll do on the floor in Dubai

Anker Innovations is hiring a Direct Retail Operations Lead for its Dubai operations. This full‑time, onsite role based in Dubai, AE, is crafted for someone who wants to shape how products are presented and sold in stores and to help regions collaborate more effectively. You’ll partner with local market teams to design and deliver in‑store displays, selecting quality local suppliers and steering production from concept to rollout so everything lands smoothly in stores and at the right cost.

You’ll also focus on lifting store performance by building durable routines around store visits. This means creating practical SOPs, checklists, and reporting that make store management more systematic and easier to document and review over time.

Another big part of the job is promoter management. You’ll identify reliable promoter suppliers, establish strong partnerships, and lead training on product knowledge and SOPs so the frontline team can execute with professionalism. You’ll set up monitoring to ensure promoter activity aligns with standards and delivers on expectations.

Finally, you’ll work on driving terminal sales through innovative programs and carefully planned promotions, always looking for fresh paths to grow sales across channels and regions.

What you’ll need to join the team

The team is looking for a candidate who meets these standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, class of 2027; all majors are welcome, with marketing, business administration, retail or related fields preferred.
  • Fluent English for business communication across international teams.
  • Willingness to accept global regional assignments.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, problem‑solving and execution skills.
  • Strong learning ability, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, proactive and responsible.
  • Good data sensitivity and logical thinking; relevant internship experience is a plus.

Pay, perks and practical details

The position is onsite in Dubai, AE. Candidates must hold a valid work visa for the country/region where the position is located.

A willingness to take on global regional assignments is expected, reflecting the international scope of the role.

Smart moves for this Dubai role

Put your education up front on your resume, highlighting your bachelor’s degree or higher and clearly noting the class year if you’re in the 2027 cohort. If your major aligns with marketing, business administration, retail, or related fields, call that out to align with the job’s preferences.

Demonstrate your business English chops by describing past work where you coordinated with cross‑regional teams, produced formal reports, or helped design SOPs and processes. Concrete examples will prove your fluency and professionalism in English.

Come prepared to talk about in‑store display planning and promoter programs. Bring specific examples of when you designed or improved displays, built partnerships with suppliers, or rolled out promoter training that lifted frontline performance. Be ready to discuss how you tracked progress and measured impact.

End the interview with a thoughtful question about how success is measured for terminal sales and promoter performance, and ask how the role collaborates with local market teams to roll out new initiatives. A well‑aligned question shows you’re thinking about practical impact and collaboration across regions.
