The role serves Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors and Investment Councillors within the Wealth and Retail Bank, helping clients reach their investment goals by delivering cross-asset ideas and execution. The bank brings a long history of global banking and a footprint across Asia, Africa and the Middle East, and this onsite, full-time position is a fit for someone who enjoys turning market insight into practical client solutions. You'll operate at the intersection of market ideas and client needs, translating market movements into actionable opportunities for clients and RM teams. The role requires End to End ownership of all CMPS product lines and a commitment to building trustworthy relationships with UHNW clients, RMs, Investment Advisors, Portfolio Advisors and other colleagues. Dubai-based and on-site, the position is designed for someone who thrives in a role that blends market analysis, product management and direct client interaction. The job calls for a proactive mindset, strong relationship skills and a readiness to work across multiple client segments within the Wealth and Retail Bank.
Shaping cross-asset solutions for high-net-worth clients
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll develop and share market and product ideas across the cross-asset spectrum, then guide execution for clients and the client-facing teams. You’ll engage UHNW customers and collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors and Portfolio Advisors to identify structured products, fixed income, FX and digital asset solutions that align with client needs. The role involves owning the CMPS product lines from ideation through to client delivery, including analysing portfolios for product life-cycle considerations and presenting trade ideas to the Retail Bank. You’ll manage all lines of business end-to-end by coordinating with external counterparties and the Internal Legal and Compliance teams to secure approvals, market and bookbuild, and complete trades. In addition, you’ll nurture lasting relationships with clients, RMs, Investment Advisors and other colleagues, while representing CMPS in client forums and sharing expertise with CMPS partners in other regions to ensure consistent service across geographies and time zones.
