About the role

You’re the eye behind the content.

If you live for capturing scroll-stopping shots, experimenting with angles, and making everyday moments look cinematic — this is your playground. You’ll turn ideas into thumb-stopping videos, shaping how millions experience Reckitt brands online.

From lighting hacks to camera tricks to directing people on set — you’re the one making content feel premium, but native.

6‑month contractual role based in the UAE (extendable to 12 months based on performance).

Your responsibilities

  • Film short-form content (Reels, TikToks, demos, POVs).
  • Set up lighting, framing, props, and shooting environments.
  • Direct talent for delivery, pacing, and energy.
  • Develop shot lists and visual plans with the Content Creator.
  • Support structured setups for live streaming (multi-angle setups if needed).
  • Manage filming equipment and ensure production readiness.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience in digital or short-form videography.
  • Strong grasp of:
    • Visual hooks
    • Camera movement
    • Framing and transitions
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Smartphones & DSLRs
    • Lighting kits & audio setups
  • Portfolio/showreel required

 

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE (valid UAE work visa).
  • Must be legally allowed to create branded content in the UAE (including influencer/content permits where required).
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in shoots when required.
  • Open to being featured as part of Reckitt brand content during the contract duration.
  • Must comply with UAE regulations and Reckitt brand safety guidelines (no association with restricted/prohibited categories).
  • Basic hands-on comfort with:
    • Mobile/DSLR cameras
    • Lighting setups
    • On-set content production

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video culture (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
  • Team-first mindset — flexibility to support across roles during shoots.
  •  Social Media, Media Planning, Media Strategy.
