Merck Group invites diverse students to its Discovery Day 2026 in Darmstadt, a two‑day onsite program on November 12–13 for near‑term master’s and PhD candidates to gain insights, network, and work on projects across tracks in Inhouse Consulting, Finance, Human Resources, Life Science, Healthcare and Electronics. To apply, submit an English CV that shows your dedication to science and technology, and an optional motivation letter naming your preferred function; if you don’t specify, the recruitment team may assign you to the most suitable track. Discovery Day 2026

The Discovery Day is designed for students from diverse fields, such as natural sciences, economics, and engineering, who are nearing the end of their master’s studies or PhD. This two-day event (November 12–13, 2026) offers authentic insights from our employees, outstanding networking opportunities, and exposure to potential career paths. It also provides a chance to engage in project work within a dynamic environment.
