Your Role:

Portfolio performance is at the heart of sustainable business growth — and in this role, you will be the strategic force that shapes it. As a Senior Manager in Portfolio Operations & Value Creation, you will partner with leaders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations to translate complex business priorities into clear, actionable strategies that drive profitability, competitiveness, and long-term value. You will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives — from margin expansion and cost competitiveness to value-based pricing enablement and network optimization — while maintaining the agility to respond to evolving business needs. Through rigorous analysis, scenario modeling, and structured decision-making, you will equip senior stakeholders with the insights they need to act with confidence. In this role, you will serve as a trusted thought partner and cross-functional integrator, building alignment across diverse teams and driving execution of agreed priorities. You will challenge assumptions, identify opportunities for sustainable performance improvement, and contribute to long-range portfolio and network strategies that position the business for future success.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus.
• You have 7 or more years of experience in strategy, portfolio management, consulting, business operations, finance, supply chain, or a related function, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, or other complex global industries, as well as exposure to network strategy, manufacturing footprint optimization, or supply chain strategy, is an advantage.
• You bring strong financial acumen and the ability to evaluate business performance drivers, develop robust business cases, and quantify the financial impact of strategic decisions.
• You are a skilled communicator and influencer, with proven ability to build alignment and drive outcomes across a complex, matrixed global organization without formal authority.
• You combine analytical rigor with systems thinking, translating data and insights into clear business recommendations and actionable strategies.
• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and a bias for impact.
