Reporting to Room Management, the Distribution Associate Trainer plays an essential role in developing talent within our business by collaborating and sharing best practices within their department. You help to quickly and efficiently promote the importance of quality for new hires in your room, all while making them feel welcome and supported. Through your hands-on approach to training, you support new hires to achieve their goals and targets and contribute to the success of the room.
