A pivotal role in the Youth team, you will provide leadership, direction and support to Youth Leaders and members of the Doubtless Bay Youth division. A team player with well-honed organisational skills, you will lead the development and delivery of a high quality program which enhances the personal development of its members. This will include planning of annual, term, nightly and lesson level - and of course the appropriate resources (ratio).
