Divisional Youth Manager Waterview at Hato Hone St John is a full-time onsite leadership role in Auckland that guides the Waterview Youth division, mentors Youth Leaders and Cadet NCOs, and shapes a high quality program focused on personal development and fun. You’ll help plan annual, term, nightly and lesson activities, manage a high performing team, ensure policy compliance, and support regional and district events while keeping safety and inclusivity at the fore. The role is suitable for someone 18+, with a clean criminal record, strong relationship and communication skills, resilience, and a knack for working with diverse youth. A pivotal role in the Youth team, you will provide leadership, direction and support to Youth Leaders and members of the Waterview Youth division. A team player with well-honed organisational skills, you will lead the development and delivery of a high quality program which enhances the personal development of its members. This will include planning of annual, term, nightly and lesson level - and of course the appropriate resources (ratio).
