Minor Hotels’ Oaks Auckland is seeking a full-time Duty Manager to lead the front office team, drive exceptional guest experiences, and oversee check in/out, daily tasks, and guest concerns. The ideal candidate will have proven front office leadership within a hotel or resort, broad understanding of operations (front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest services), cash handling, night audit, and revenue reporting, plus superb organization and the ability to stay composed in high pressure. Expect rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 40 hours, including weekends and holidays. Applications from candidates with NZ or AU working rights only.
