Minor Hotels' Oaks Auckland Hotel is seeking a capable Duty Manager to lead the front office, inspire the team, and ensure guests experience warmth and efficiency in a full-time onsite role. You’ll oversee daily tasks, manage arrivals and departures, and address guest concerns with professionalism, while upholding service standards across front office, housekeeping, and F&B. The successful candidate will have proven supervisory experience in a hotel, with cash handling, night audit, and revenue reporting, plus strong organisation in a fast paced environment. Rotating Monday to Sunday shifts from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, 40 hours per week.
