YMCA Victoria is seeking an Early Childhood Educator for Lightning Reef ELC in North Bendigo, offering permanent part-time or full-time roles onsite at $30 p/h for Cert III and $32 p/h for Diploma holders, with hours 6:30am to 5:30pm. The centre focuses on play-based learning, School Readiness Funding and a supportive leadership team amid changes to educator to child ratios. This role is Permanent Part-time/Full-time opportunity onsite offering $30 p.h (Cert III qualified) - $32 p.h (Diploma qualified).

About the Centre

Lightning Reef ELC is a single storey 115-place centre, co-located with a primary school and maternal health rooms. Aligned with Y’s philosophy, our service prides itself on fostering and enhancing children’s learning through play, while also providing our community with high quality care and education.
