YMCA Victoria is seeking a permanent OSHC Coordinator based primarily at Yarrawonga P-12 College, supporting Sacred Heart After School. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week with shifts 6:30 to 9:30 am and 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm plus daytime administration; permanent part-time options may also be considered. The role pays $35 per hour with a Diploma or equivalent, or $41 per hour with a Degree or equivalent, plus an ECEC retention payment and 12% super. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive program growth, partner with the school and community, and lead a team of educators. Ideally this Full-time role is perfect for someone seeking 38 hours of work per week, with availability from 6:30 - 9:30 & 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm. This role will also allow ample administration time during the day.

The hourly rate for the position is $35 (ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) or $41 p/hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) + ECEC retention payment + 12% super.
