The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality education, development, and care to children while fostering meaningful partnerships with families. This role requires an innovative and nurturing approach to teaching, ensuring a stimulating and supportive learning environment in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
● Extensive knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and The Education and Care Services National Regulations.
● Experience in planning and delivering early childhood educational programs.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with parents, colleagues, and leadership.
● Ability to reflect, evaluate, and adapt teaching practices based on observations and assessments.
● Experience in using digital technology for documentation and parent communication.
