We’re now looking for an Ecommerce Technical Lead to guide the engineering team behind Click, our online payment gateway processing more than 3.8 million transactions each month — and to support the adoption of GoPay, our global gateway.
If you’re a technical leader who loves shaping people, technology, and delivery outcomes, this role is for you. What you’ll doAs our Technical Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind delivery, quality, and engineering excellence. You will:-Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers (plus contractors)-Guide day‑to‑day technical delivery for Click and support GoPay onboarding-Collaborate with architecture, security, product and platform teams-Shape technical designs, resolve challenges, and uphold best practices-Support sizing, planning and prioritisation of upcoming work-Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders-Champion engineering standards, PCI compliance, and continuous improvement-Foster a culture of collaboration, learning and high performance.
