What You'll Be Doing

As an Introductory OSHC Educator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our before and after school care program. Here's a taste of what your days will look like:

  • Supporting and supervising children in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
  • Helping to plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities that children will absolutely love
  • Building genuine, positive relationships with children, families, and your fellow team members
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe program space
  • Following all relevant policies, procedures, and child safety guidelines
  • Contributing to a positive team culture where everyone feels valued and supported

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who brings energy, warmth, and a genuine love for working with children. Here's what will help you shine in this role:

  • A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • A friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Great communication skills and the ability to connect with children of all ages
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
  • A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
  • Previous experience working with children is a bonus, but not essential — we're happy to support the right person to grow!
