What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same. You’ll:

  • Deliver fun, engaging activities kids can’t wait to join
  • Create a safe, welcoming space where children (5–12) thrive
  • Build positive relationships with kids, families, and your team
  • Plan exciting themed days, events, and holiday programs
  • Support homework with patience and encouragement
  • Lead games, sports, creative arts, and outdoor adventures
  • Keep clear records and communicate with families
  • Collaborate to keep improving the program experience

What We’re Looking For

You’ll shine if you have:

  • Qualifications in Early Childhood, Education, or similar
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • A genuine love for working with children
  • Creativity, energy, and a great sense of humour
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility for morning and/or afternoon shifts
  • A team-first mindset with leadership potential
