Goodstart Kelso, Gilmour Street is seeking a permanent full‑time Educator to join its 76‑place team, delivering 38 hours across 6.30am to 6.30pm, five days. You’ll partner with Senior Educators and an Educational Leader to develop individualized programs rooted in the Early Years Learning Framework, using Storypark to track progress while prioritizing safety and inclusion. In return, you’ll receive at least 5% above award pay, 50% childcare fee discount, paid parental leave, and ongoing PD. To apply, hold a Diploma in ECEC or ACECQA equivalent, NSW Working with Children Check, and demonstrate EYLF/NQS knowledge plus flexibility; tailor your application to show impact.

You’ll need:

• Diploma Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
