The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer to deliver high‑quality, sustainable electrical designs for a diverse range of projects. You’ll lead smaller projects and support major multidisciplinary ones, working closely with clients and internal teams to create practical, efficient and resilient building solutions. Flexible working arrangements are available, including part‑time options.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver electrical design solutions across major healthcare, aviation, social infrastructure, commercial and defence projects.
  • Lead small to medium projects; support larger multidisciplinary teams.
  • Apply relevant Australian codes and standards to all design work.
  • Collaborate with internal engineers, designers and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth opportunities.

About You

You’ll be a motivated and collaborative engineer with:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical).
  • 2–5+ years’ experience in Australian building services.
  • Knowledge of AS/NZS standards, NCC and building services best practice.
  • Experience with Revit (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to juggle competing deadlines while delivering quality outcomes.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovative design.
