The ideal candidate has 10+ years of commercial electrical experience, at least 3 years in a foreman or similar leadership position, NEC knowledge, and a Journeyman license or equivalent, with OSHA 30 required or preferred. Pay ranges from $32.00 to $45.00 hourly, onsite with comprehensive benefits. Position Summary:
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations of commercial electrical construction projects. This leadership role directs and coordinates field personnel, manages manpower and production, ensures quality installations, maintains project schedules, and enforces company safety standards. The Electrical Foreman serves as the primary field leader for the electrical team and works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and other trades to ensure successful project execution.

Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job , be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
