The role involves installing, maintaining, and testing electrical systems, reading drawings, installing conduit and equipment, and mentoring apprentices while upholding safety and quality. Ideal candidates hold a State Journeyman license or equivalent, have 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, NEC knowledge, and the ability to read drawings, troubleshoot, and coordinate with trades. The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial electrical experience, demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced construction environment.

This individual will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and testing commercial electrical systems while upholding Randall's commitment to safety, quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job , be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
