Australian Trade Training College is looking for a hands-on Electrical Trainer and Assessor to train and assess Certificate II and III in Electrical across classrooms and simulated environments, build relationships with students and employers, and drive program improvement. This full-time onsite role in Brendale offers a competitive salary, growth potential, a supportive team, and all tools of the trade. It requires electrical industry experience and a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent). You will deliver engaging hands-on sessions, monitor apprentice training plans, and support learners from diverse backgrounds. To stand out, highlight practical electrical expertise, mentoring success, adaptive teaching, and your ability to work with RTO requirements, plus travel willingness and strong references.
