An Electrician Mentor at Australian Trade Training College is a full-time, onsite role in Brendale designed to grow into a qualified Trainer through a paid pathway to a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. You will work with a qualified Trade Trainer to deliver high quality training, guide students to milestones, assist with practical activities, keep the training area safe and assist with student management. Essential skills include an electrical trade qualification, the ability to engage and support learners, a genuine interest in completing the Cert IV, plus good written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
