The charity has served New Zealanders since 1885 and now supports communities with around 12,000 staff across Aotearoa, delivering everything from urgent 111 responses to health education and ongoing monitoring. The role is based onsite in Hauraki/Coromandel and is a permanent opening on a 4x4 DDNN roster, with a relief roster component as part of the arrangement.

A day in the life on the Coromandel front lines
In this role you’ll respond to emergency calls and provide on-site clinical care, performing assessments, supporting stabilisation, and communicating clearly with patients and teammates. You’ll work closely with both paid staff and volunteers to deliver care that meets established standards, while helping to keep accurate records and contribute to the station’s broader clinical objectives.
Beyond direct patient care, you’ll be involved in station activities and portfolios, contributing to continual improvement and maintaining a steady focus on patient safety and comfort.
