Asuria is seeking an energetic Employment Consultant to empower individuals toward sustainable employment by delivering tailored coaching, job placement and ongoing support, understanding client needs, and collaborating with employers to bridge talent and opportunity while balancing empathy with strong business outcomes. This role may be based in Airport West, Broadmeadows or Craigieburn and requires experience in Employment Services or related customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment, plus excellent communication and adaptability. Strong administrative and IT skills are essential. A Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory, and you’ll need to set up a myGovID. What will you be doing?

Your role will be to empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You will achieve this by:

• Providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group. 
• Understanding the unique employment needs of your clients
• Collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity
• Role may be performed from our Airport West, Broadmeadows or Craigieburn offices.

You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes. 

Who are you?

Skills and experience we look for include:

• Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same!)
• Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
