Asuria is seeking an energetic Employment Consultant to empower individuals toward sustainable employment by delivering tailored coaching, job placement and ongoing support, understanding client needs, and collaborating with employers to bridge talent and opportunity while balancing empathy with strong business outcomes. This role may be based in Airport West, Broadmeadows or Craigieburn and requires experience in Employment Services or related customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment, plus excellent communication and adaptability. Strong administrative and IT skills are essential. A Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory, and you’ll need to set up a myGovID.
