atWork Australia is hiring a full-time, on-site Employment Services professional in Mooloolaba to support Australians living with disability, injury or health conditions toward meaningful employment. This role centers on a person-first approach, collaboration with local employers, and creative problem solving that helps clients reach their goals. A day in the life includes motivating clients, building employer relationships, placing people into jobs, and ensuring accurate records and compliance while delivering excellent service. No prior employment service experience is necessary, but strong customer service, stakeholder liaison, a current driver’s licence, and a drive to meet KPIs are important. Job Description

A day in the life at atWork Australia may include:  

• Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment; 
• Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients; 
• Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;  
• Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and 
• Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process. 

Qualifications

Attributes and Experience:

• Experience in customer service or a client facing role; 
• Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges; 
• Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders; 
• Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers; 
• An overall desire to be part of our broader atWork Australia family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive; and 
• Hold a current Drivers Licence.
• NO PRIOR EMPLOYMENT SERVICE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
