How you will make an impact

Cabrini Brighton Rehabilitation is a 48-bed sub-acute unit, supporting patients across a wide range of medical and rehabilitation needs. We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our team of dedicated nursing and support staff.

This is a full-time position, with flexibility for part-time hours for the right candidates. Availability to work across all shifts, including weekends and nights, is required.

As an Enrolled Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering, monitoring, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team

  • Supporting patients to meet their individual care goals and achieve the best possible outcomes

  • Maintaining a high standard of patient privacy, dignity, and respect in all interactions

  • Assisting in the provision of a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients, visitors, and staff

  • Recognising and responding to changes in patient condition and escalating concerns appropriately


About you

Along with a commitment to quality patient care and outcomes, you will also have the following:

  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a rehabilitation or sub-acute setting

  • Strong clinical assessment and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work respectfully within a multidisciplinary team

  • Well-developed organisation and prioritisation skills

  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
