The Ocean Interfaces team:
As the Engineering Manager – Mechanical Engineering (Ocean Interfaces), youwill play a pivotal leadership role at the heart of the engineering function, shaping both the technical direction and the people behind it. Leading and mentoring a high-performing team, the role provides hands-on day-to-day management of team leads while working closely with the Senior Engineering Manager to deliver complex platform systems. With a strong focus on capability building, the Engineering Manager actively develops engineering talent, strengthens technical competency, and fosters a culture of excellence. The role also provides strategic oversight of project planning and execution, ensuring engineering activities are well-governed, coordinated, and aligned with programme objectives. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria
