Advice for applicants
Start your resume with signals that match the must-have skills you see here, especially your track record in solution selling and revenue growth in engineering services or digital engineering within the DACH region. Tie your experience to specific outcomes you’ve delivered for Swiss or European clients, with numbers where possible to show impact.
When you describe your must-have capabilities, illustrate how you’ve engaged with CIO/CTO or engineering leaders, and how you’ve led governance and executive-level conversations. Prepare a short, concrete story that demonstrates your ability to move opportunities from initial contact through delivery-ready proposals and into delivery.
In interviews, expect questions about how you’ve built multi-disciplinary teams to deliver engineering solutions across areas like Industry 4.0 or AI-powered platforms. Have a crisp example ready of a time you converted an upsell or cross-sell opportunity into a measurable deal, and be prepared to discuss how you manage risk and governance across complex programs.
A smart question to ask at the end of an interview could be: how does Wipro see the balance between delivery-led growth and strategic account expansion in the Swiss market, and what would a successful first year look like in this role?
