About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at Yarrawonga Health, you will be part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care to residents. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality clinical and personal care in accordance with Yarrawonga Health values and aged care standards.

You will:

  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents, promoting independence and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional standards.
  • Participate in lifestyle therapy activities and support holistic resident care.
  • Advocate for residents and ensure their dignity and values are upheld at all times.

About You

You are someone who thrives in a team environment and values respect, integrity, and collaboration. You’ll bring:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Certificate IV or Diploma of Nursing (EN Level 2 Classification)
  • Sound understanding of Aged Care Standards and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
  • A passion for supporting older people with empathy and respect
