Ramsay Health Care’s Professional Pathways Program invites Enrolled and Registered Nurses to fast-track into hospital-based Medical and Surgical nursing at Joondalup Health Campus. This fully paid, full-time pathway starts with a 3-week intensive training (20 April–8 May 2026) then ward-based practice with permanent employment from day one and flexible post-training options (full-time or part-time, 45 hours per fortnight minimum). You’ll gain exposure across Medical and Surgical wards from cardiology to orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, plastics and pediatrics, learning from expert clinicians in a supportive cohort. Eligibility: 3+ years post-grad, current AHPRA registration, medication endorsement for ENs, Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check. WHAT YOU’LL BE IMMERSED IN

Across Joondalup Health Campus, our Medical & Surgical wards care for a wide range of patients with varying acuity and diverse clinical needs. This program will give you structured, supported exposure to areas such as:

• Medical – specialties include cardiology, respiratory, palliative care, oncology, haematology, chronic disease management, acute assessment unit & general medicine.
• Surgical – specialties include orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, general surgery, vascular, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics & paediatrics.

WHO CAN APPLY?

PROGRAM DETAILS

Start with a fully paid, full-time 3-week intensive training program (20th April - 8th May 2026) that blends classroom learning and real clinical practice, then step seamlessly into the hours and employment pattern that suit your career goals.

Week 1:
Foundational training, simulations, clinical refreshers, and acute care essentials.

Weeks 2-3:
Ward-based clinical training, hands-on practice, and supported shifts alongside your nursing team.
