This role suits a data driven, operational leader who can recruit, coach, and partner across Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in SaaS and 5+ in enterprise, multi-country experience, executive presence, and analytics or MarTech background. About The Role
This is a hybrid role based out of London, UK. Mixpanel is on a mission to help the world learn from its data. As continue to scale our Enterprise business across EMEA, we are building a leadership team capable of establishing a repeatable, high-performing enterprise motion across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership role focused on designing, installing, and scaling a predictable enterprise revenue engine. You will not simply manage a team, you'll build the operating system that drives enterprise success in EMEA. You'll lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives operating across key markets (including UKI, DACH, and Middle East), while directly influencing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
