Block is seeking an Enterprise Relationship Manager in Sydney to grow a portfolio of enterprise merchants online and in-store, driving profitable growth through multi-year account plans, pricing and renewal strategies, and clear ROI models that benefit both Afterpay and its partners. You will lead C-level engagement, manage a complex portfolio, and scale best practices across Sales, Marketing, Product, Risk and Operations while refining the Merchant Value proposition and go-to-market programs for both channels. The ideal candidate has extensive client facing sales or customer success experience, a bachelor’s degree, superb stakeholder management, and a proven track record in eCommerce or startups with global operations; B2B and franchise experience is valued. The Role
As one of Afterpay's Senior Relationship Managers, you'll grow and expand our key strategic partnerships across a defined portfolio of Enterprise level merchants both online and in-store and work to exceed profitability targets for Afterpay and our partners.
We are looking for someone who will effectively run a business within the Afterpay ANZ business. You will lead the direction and evolution of our vertical strategies and own the growth and development of your portfolio; identifying opportunities for establishing best practices that scale across the wider business.
