N Nutrien seeks an onsite, full-time Enterprise Risk Manager in Saskatoon to lead its ERM program, blending risk assessments with advisory work. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Risk, the role requires a solid financial foundation and the ability to partner with leaders to turn ambiguity into actionable insights. You’ll lead risk assessments, maintain the risk register, and prepare board materials, while supporting external disclosures and advancing sustainability and climate risk. 8+ years in risk or finance, a degree, and a designation (CPA or CIA preferred; ESG exposure valued) are preferred. The Enterprise Risk Manager plays a key role in supporting and advancing Nutrien’s global ERM program. This role combines structured enterprise risk assessment and reporting responsibilities with a dynamic portfolio of advisory and project-based work, requiring a strong financial and/or risk management foundation and the ability to operate across multiple disciplines.
The successful candidate is a versatile and business-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, translate ambiguity into actionable insights, and partner effectively with other leaders across the organization.
