This pivotal role blends deep technical M&R expertise with frontline coaching, operational training, auditing and a closed loop improvement process across multiple sites, with extensive travel. You will approve container repair estimates, validate scope and cost, deliver practical training, develop and embed SOPs, and drive safety, quality and cost recovery improvements. Essential: IICL certification, 5+ years in container M&R or similar depot or port operations, hands on survey and repair experience, and ability to work across sites. Highly regarded: training or instructional design qualifications and multi site or multi country experience. Reporting to the Technical Manager, this role combines deep technical expertise in Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) with frontline coaching, operational training, auditing, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in lifting operational capability, improving repair decision quality, strengthening safety outcomes, and embedding consistent standards across multiple sites.

As the EMR Specialist, you will work closely with depot teams as both a technical advisor and performance coach, supporting practical execution while helping build long-term operational capability.
