COLAS Australia seeks an Equipment Performance Engineer in Bibra Lake WA. Reporting to the State Equipment Manager, you will analyse performance, utilisation, maintenance and lifecycle management of a fleet of mobile equipment and asphalt assets, lead the rollout of an EAM system, and develop KPI reporting to drive ROI. You will monitor asset performance, advise on CAPEX and OPEX, conduct audits, support 6S and LOTO, and promote safety. Ideal candidates hold a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, have 2+ years in heavy equipment or related fields, and possess data analytics and CMMS experience, with willingness to travel.
