ASSA ABLOY’s Peninsular Fire Doors is hiring an Estimator / Project Administrator for a full-time on-site role in Clontarf, QLD. You will support pricing, tender analysis, and end-to-end project coordination for metal door frames, fire doors and timber doors, helping to win work and deliver on customer promises. Expect to review drawings, prepare targeted proposals, manage documentation and CRM, respond to RFI/RFQ, coordinate manufacturing orders and installation planning, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has construction administration and project management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Tips: quantify tender successes, demonstrate collaboration with architects and subcontractors, and show how you stay organized and learn product knowledge quickly.

About The Role
Playing an integral role, the Estimator / Project Administrator will be report to the Commercial Manager based on-site in Clontarf, QLD. This role is well supported by a high-performing team professionals and will require you to focus on understanding the customer needs, quoting, and closing the sale. Working in a fast-paced environment, promoting, selling and securing orders from both current and prospective clients.
