YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an Event Specialist to join our International Event Team. This role is instrumental in coordinating and executing prestigious international events for our Maison’s press and clients. We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and versatile Event Specialist to ensure exceptional brand representation and unparalleled experiences for our global clients and press. This role requires a dedicated, proactive professional capable of thriving in a dynamic and demanding international environment.

PLAYING YOUR PART

EVENT STRATEGY & PLANNING

  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative concepts for international press and client events
  • You will contribute to brainstorming, strategizing, and proposing creative event activations and plans aligned with brand communication objectives
  • You will develop detailed event plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring meticulous execution from conception to post-event analysis


PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION

  • You will support end-to-end coordination and execution of events, ensuring seamless logistical and administrative follow-up
  • You will manage relationships and coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and partners
  • You will oversee the production and management of all event-related materials


ON-SITE EXECUTION AND GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • You will ensure impeccable on-site event execution, managing operational aspects and proactively anticipating any unforeseen situations
  • You will oversee guest management and on-site hospitality for press and VIP clients


BUDGET MANAGEMENT & PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

  • You will effectively manage event budgets, track expenditure, and ensure cost-efficiency
  • You will monitor and analyze event performance, gather feedback and prepare comprehensive post-event reports
     

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Success in this role will require:

  • A degree in Business Administration or similar, with a strong understanding of the luxury industry
  • A solid experience in international events, project management, marketing and public relations
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced international environment
  • High agility, organization, strong communication and analytical skills, combined with rigor, proactivity, creativity and team spirit in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and French
