Job Description

Brand Ambassador

• Embody the Red Bull brand and values in every interaction
• Stay informed about Red Bull products, projects, and athletes
• Contribute to Red Bull events and sponsored activities, creating memorable experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Driver and Event Expert

• Maintain the Red Bull Event Car and its technical equipment in flawless condition
• Be the go-to expert on the vehicle’s features and troubleshoot minor issues
• Ensure optimal placement, setup, and teardown of the vehicle and event equipment
• Entertain crowds with background music (DJ/MC experience desirable)
• Serve as the primary contact for event organisers and take ownership of the brand’s presence
• Set up Red Bull event infrastructure and assets in a premium, impactful way
• Obtain necessary permits and consents for event vehicle activities

Flawless Execution

• Deliver exceptional work with reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Plan and report activities promptly using designated tools
• Share regional insights and trends to help develop the Event Car program
• Build the activation plan, and own the scheduling and booking process internally

Qualifications

• Passion for Red Bull and its products
• Charismatic communicator, enjoys connecting with diverse audiences
• Independent, low-ego, and high on integrity
• Flexible schedule; available evenings and weekends
• Interest in marketing, sports, and event management; technical affinity for vehicles and event tech
• Valid New Zealand driver’s license; skilled in safe driving under varied conditions
• Strong organisational, project management, and scheduling abilities
• Well-connected and knowledgeable about local event and sports scenes
• Creative, innovative, and proactive problem-solver
• Experience in event delivery and negotiation preferred
• Experience as a DJ or MC, or the self-drive and motivation to learn
• Minimum two years work experience with transferable skills

• Full-time contractor role, national scope
• 50-60% travel required, including evenings and weekends, often outside of Auckland
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners
