About the role
We’re looking for an Enterprise Value and Performance (EVP) Specialist to help drive enterprise-wide alignment, performance and value across Air New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of strategy execution in one of New Zealand’s most iconic organisations.
This is a fixed-term contract until 30 September 2027.
In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the business to connect strategic priorities with delivery, helping teams focus on what matters most while ensuring accountability for outcomes. With visibility across multiple business units, you'll bring a whole-of-enterprise perspective to planning, prioritisation and performance, while also supporting some of our core cross-functional resourcing processes. You'll challenge thinking, facilitate critical conversations, and support leaders to make informed decisions that maximise value creation.
In addition to facilitating our Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, you'll play a key role in evolving and improving how we plan, prioritise and measure success. You'll help build organisational capability, strengthen governance disciplines, and embed a culture of accountability, transparency and value delivery across the business.
