KordaMentha is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Auckland based Senior Leaders in a fast paced advisory and investment environment. This full time onsite role covers diary management, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel, supporting client engagement and marketing, updating CRM, and handling light invoicing and WIP reporting to keep operations smooth while boosting Auckland’s market presence. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as an EA in professional services or law, superior communication and organization, and strong MS Office and CRM skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
