Stäubli is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to join the Pfäffikon headquarters full time onsite. The role independently runs the CEO office, supporting the CEO, the Konzernleitung, the Board and shareholders with administrative tasks, while handling event management and leading office digitalization and file structure maintenance. As the first point of contact for executives and external stakeholders, you will ensure premium service at the front desk and during meetings. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in an international EA/PA role, a PA diploma a plus, fluent German and English (French a bonus), discretion, a hands on mentality and strong MS Office skills, with flexibility for board and Konzernleitung meetings. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Executive Assistant manages independently the CEO office. This role aims at supporting organizational and administrative tasks for the CEO, the Konzernleitung, the BoD directors and shareholders at the headquarters (STI) in an organized, conscientious, meticulous and precise way of working.
As the first point of contact for executives and the other external stakeholders, the executive assistant plays a key role in the company’s image. In charge of supervising the CEO office, the incumbent ensures high standard service quality in terms of office and event management.
