As a cycling instructor, you will run safe, high-energy classes that challenge participants while keeping safety and member engagement at the center of every session.
You’ll shape workouts to target flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, and cardio-respiratory conditioning, and you’ll model different intensity levels so participants can ride at their own pace. Building relationships with members and keeping equipment organized are part of the daily routine.

- Current CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, AED, and Oxygen certifications are preferred.
