Your Role With Us
As an Existing Business Representative within our Customer team, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service experiences for our customers and advisers. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, taking ownership to resolve requests efficiently and with care. You’ll build trusted relationships, provide clear and accurate information, and contribute to customer loyalty and retention.

Deliver exceptional service by taking end‑to‑end ownership of customer and adviser enquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Communicate clearly and accurately by providing correct information, processing requests, and preparing high‑quality written communications
Strengthen customer relationships and support business growth by building loyalty and identifying potential opportunities
Make sound decisions by following internal guidelines and contributing ideas that improve processes while maintaining quality
Represent AIA positively by supporting your team and acting as a trusted brand ambassador at every interaction
Your Capabilities
You bring customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or service‑focused environment
You communicate confidently and clearly, with strong listening skills and attention to detail
You make informed decisions and remain calm and resilient when managing competing priorities
You are comfortable using technology and learning new systems
You may also have exposure to financial services, insurance, or banking products
It’s great if you hold NCEA Level 2 or 3, or another relevant qualification
