Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking a full-time Export Contracts & Documentation Officer in Abbotsford to manage export bulk and container shipments, coordinating vessel nominations, ship agents, and packing while producing accurate documentation on time. The role requires liaising with traders, customers, freight forwarders, banks, packing houses, transport operators and government departments, raising RFP/EDN and COO in ImpexDocs, and processing export documents including Letters of Credit to meet customer and regulatory requirements and Micor guidelines. Key duties include laytime calculations for FOB and CFR, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining customer accounts and invoices. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in a similar export role, strong organizational and communication skills, and MS Office proficiency, preferably in grains.
