Facilities Coordinators play an important role in ensuring University spaces remain safe, functional, and welcoming environments for learning, teaching, research, and work. This is a varied role within a collaborative, high-performing team, with a strong focus on financial coordination and access management across two busy faculties.
You will coordinate key financial processes, including purchasing, approvals, budget administration, and capital expenditure, while also managing access control for staff and students. Alongside these core responsibilities, you will support the day-to-day operation of faculty facilities, working closely with colleagues across both faculties and central service teams such as Security and Campus Environment.

The remuneration range is $60,000 - $71,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
